Your right to cancel

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.

You have seven working days to cancel the order upon receipt of the goods. You must contact ourselves in writing within 7 working days, this can be by letter, fax or email.

Returns

If your item does not fit or is anyway not suitable you are welcome to return the item for a full refund for the original cost of the item or an exchange. The item should be unused, in it's original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The cost of returning the item is the responsibilty of the purchaser as is any cost incurred to re-send out the replacement item. The refund would be for the item only.

If you believe your item to be faulty or not fit for the purpose please contact us immediatley an inform us of the fault or problem and we will have the item back here for inspection and if we agree, we will refund or exchange the item along with any carriage costs incurred.
