Our website is open all over the Chrstimas & New Year period including Christmas Day and New Yeas Day!  However, our office is closed from 11am on the 23 /12/11 until 8am on the 02/01/12. You are still welcome to purchase items from our website during this period, however, they will not be dispatched until w/c 02/01/12

We carry a wide range of stock and our aim is to send out our orders within 3 - 10 working days. However, due to our very competitive prices we can not guarantee this as sometimes we run out of certain lines and have to order items in.  If, in these instances you do not wish to wait longer than the 10 working days, you can have a full and immediate refund for the item in question.  However,from time to time there may be issues with stock replenishment or delivery companies out of our control on these occassions it may take upto and including 28 working days

 (This does not effect your statutory rights.)

If you do have an item you require for a specific date I would suggest that you call or email us so we can try to ensure the item gets to you in time.

(UK mainland only - Excludes N. Ireland, Eire & Scottish postcodes: FK17-99, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV55-56,KA28, KW, PA21-33,PA20, PA34-48, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH31-44, ZE13 & Islands)
